Privacy Policy

This page explains what ChiroOS collects and how it is handled. ChiroOS is software for chiropractic practices.

What the marketing site collects

The public marketing site collects only what you type into the demo and signup forms:

We use this to reply to your request, set up a demo, and create your account.

The marketing site has no third-party trackers and no ad pixels. A session cookie is set only after you log in to your account. It keeps you signed in.

Practice and patient data

Practices that use ChiroOS may store patient information in the product. ChiroOS handles that data as a business associate under the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed at signup. See the HIPAA BAA page.

That data is stored on Google Cloud. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is logged. Each practice is kept separate from other practices.

The practice controls its own data. ChiroOS uses it only to run the service for that practice.

No sale of data

We do not sell your data or your patients’ data. We do not share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep demo and signup details while we are in contact with you and while your account is active. Practice data stays for as long as the practice has an account. When an account is closed, the practice can ask us to export or delete its data. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Children’s data

ChiroOS does not collect information directly from children. Information about a child is handled only through a practice, under the BAA.

Requests

To ask about, correct, or delete information, write to support@chiro-os.com. If your request is about patient records, the practice that holds those records is the right first contact. We will help the practice respond.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date will be shown here once it is set.
