Terms of Service

These terms cover use of ChiroOS by a chiropractic practice.

Subscription

• The subscription is month to month.
• You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
• Each subscription covers one location. Additional locations need their own subscription.

Acceptable use

Use ChiroOS only for lawful practice operations. Do not try to break into the service, disrupt it, or reach another practice’s data. Do not share your login. Keep your account credentials secure.

Your responsibilities

The practice is responsible for the clinical content it enters and for the patient communications it enables or sends through ChiroOS. The practice decides who on its team has access and what is sent to patients.

No medical advice

ChiroOS is software. It does not give medical advice, diagnose, or treat. Clinical decisions stay with the licensed providers at your practice.

Business Associate Agreement

A BAA is executed at signup. See the HIPAA BAA page.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State].

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use ChiroOS after that means you accept the updated terms.
